Certification Overview

To become certified, individuals must pass a two-part certification process. 

  • Pass a hands-on configuration lab assessment with a score of 80% or higher 1)  
  • Pass a product certification exam with a score of 70% or higher 1)
  • Live virtual proctoring
  • Earn a SAP Concur certification badge 2)

 

To Stay Certified

  • Stay Certified learning requirements and assessments must be completed each year 3)

 

 

1) experienced consultants can choose to take the hands-on configuration lab assessment and the product certification exam without attending training.

2) the certification badge needs to be renewed each year with the Stay Certified learning requirements.

3) if you are certified in more than one product, please note that updates and assessments are required for all products.
